1. How can I make a deposit?

To make a deposit, go to doto.com, log in, and press Deposit. Choose the account where you would like to make a deposit and select one of the payment methods. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and press Continue. After you enter your banking information, follow the automated verification process to complete the transaction.

2. How can I withdraw my funds?

You can withdraw funds using the same method you deposited. Withdrawals can be done to your bank card and by bank transfer method.

3. What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount is 15 USD.

4. Is there a commission on deposits and withdrawals?

Doto does not charge any fees or commissions for depositing or withdrawing your funds. However, your bank may charge a transaction fee, which we are unable to refund or avoid.

5. When will the funds be credited to my trading account?

After you complete your deposit, the funds should be credited to your account within minutes. You can monitor your payment history and status anytime in the Transaction history page after you log in.

6. What payment methods can I use?

You can make a deposit or withdrawal using your bank card or through a bank transfer. Depending on your location, you may have other methods available to you like Momo wallet and QR VN.

7. Where can I check the history of my deposits and withdrawals?

To check the history of all your deposits and withdrawals, go to Transaction history. In this window, you’ll also find the history of transfers made between your accounts and the status of your transactions.
