2. Why trade on Doto?

If you’re wondering how to open a trading account on Doto, signing up is quick and only requires an email address. After you sign up, you have access to the platform and a demo account. When your account is fully verified, you unlock the full potential of trading with Doto as well as your deposit limits. To sign up, go to doto.com and click Sign up. You can use your email address or register using your Google, Facebook or Apple ID.

3. How do I sign up to Doto?

For your account to be verified so that you can unlock all the trading capabilities of the platform, you need to complete an online Mandatory Questionnaire, upload a photo of your ID and proof of your address, together with a Liveness check.

4. How do I get verified?

After the verification of your email address, you can start trading on a demo account. Once the online mandatory Questionnaire has been filled in and you are verified, you can make a deposit of up to $2,000 but without permission to trade. Once you upload a photo of your ID and proof of your address, together with a Liveness check and get verified, you can then trade on a real account. To see your trading accounts, go to doto.com and log in. Then click My accounts, where you can see all your real, demo and archived trading accounts. To open a new demo account and test out some of our features, click Demo, then select + New account.

5. Which trading account do I choose?

You can contact us directly from the trading platform by clicking the live chat button. Our helpful support staff is available 24/5. We also have a support ticket system in place for any inquiries sent during the weekends. You can also send us an email with your name, account number and question to support-mu@doto.com.

6. How do I contact support?

The mobile app is available for mobile operating systems including iOS and Android. To download the app to your phone simply scan the QR code that appears on the Platforms page with your phone’s camera. It will take you to the App Store or Google Play depending on your operating system, and will let you download the Doto app to your phone.

Opening a Doto account is fast and easy. All you need to do is register your name and email, and you are able to access the personal area. Then, you will see two account types: Demo and Real accounts. If you want to practice first, please select a 'Demo Account'. 
If you are ready to start trading and investing – select 'Real Account'.
Please note that you must complete the verification process to gain the ability to trade on a Real account. 



1. How do I open an account with Doto?

Sure, there is no problem at all. First, you will need to sign out of your account. Then click on the login form and find 'Forgot your password?'. Click on it and you'll be taken to a screen where you can request an email with a link to restore your password.

2. I forgot my password. Can I recover it?

Go to the platforms page. Choose the platform that you want to download. Select your device and operating system. Click download.

3. How do I download the MT4, MT5, or Doto platform?

In the My accounts section, to the right hand side of your demo account there will be an Add Balance button. Press it to increase your demo account balance by the amount you want.

4. How do I increase the balance on my demo account?

Yes, you can. All your account information can be found in your personal settings on the account page.

5. Can I use my single account on all the platforms?

Opening an account on Doto is entirely free of charge.

6. Is there a charge for opening an account here initially?

An inactive account (no transactions) for more than six (6) months from the last trading operation will be considered a dormant account. The Company will charge a maintenance fee of 10 USD or equivalent in USD per account, depending on the client’s trading account currency. The maintenance fee may be applied monthly until the balance reaches 0 (zero). At this stage, the account will be terminated without the possibility of reinstating the account.
