How do I know if my documents have been verified?

After you go through the application process and upload your documents for verification, you may be wondering how to know if you’ve been verified.

Your account will be fully activated as soon as we verify your documents, and you’ll receive a notification on doto.com via Notifications. You can also check the verification status on your profile page. Once you’ve completed verification, your ability to make deposits and withdrawals options will be enabled.

An email confirming that you have passed verification will be sent to the email address you provided upon registration.
